1. When will I receive my order?
We ship orders once a week. You will receive a confirmation email to notify you once we have dispatched your order. We ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class Signed For to customers in the United Kingdom. Your order will arrive in approximately 3-5 days from receipt of your dispatch email.
Please note: This 3-5 day period is an estimated arrival time and is for within the UK only. International deliveries will take significantly longer.
International Deliveries (outside the UK):
Parcels are shipped via an International Economy service. No tracking number is provided. It is simply too expensive to ship deliveries outside the United Kingdom via a tracked service. Therefore, this service can take up to three weeks for your parcel to arrive, depending on the country you live in. If you haven't received your parcel within this time period, please contact us.
Custom fees and VAT taxes may be charged in some countries. They are based on the value of your order. We have no control over these charges. Keep in mind that these taxes vary from country to country and, in some instances, they allow up to a certain value without any charges. You can contact your local customs office for more information about those taxes.
2. Where can I get a tracking number for my order?
Tracking numbers are provided upon request (for customers in the UK only). Just send us a message using the contact form or an email at [email protected] and we will supply you with your tracking number.
3. My item broke/was damaged wupon arrival. Can I get a replacement/refund?
Yes, just email us a picture of the faulty item along with your date of purchase and we will gladly replace/refund the item.
Please note: we only refund faulty items. We do not refund items due to delays in transit.
